Radisson Blu Limerick is part of the iNUA Hotel Collection — a group that values people and is committed to helping team members grow both personally and professionally. We believe in giving our staff the chance to learn, evolve, and thrive as part of our #inuafamily.
As Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests — ensuring their stay begins and ends with a smile. Key responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting guests on arrival and departure, ensuring a friendly, professional welcome.
Managing check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest details, issuing room keys — delivering a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Handling guest enquiries, room reservations, and requests for additional services (e.g. dinner or porter bookings).
Maintaining up-to-date guest records, ensuring accurate posting of charges, and following property management system procedures.
Collaborating with other departments (housekeeping, reservations, concierge) to fulfil guest needs and ensure a seamless stay.
Promoting hotel services and amenities, contributing to upselling opportunities where appropriate.
Upholding the high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest care that define Radisson Blu.
A friendly, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service — hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a “can-do” attitude; ability to work well under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
Good computer / IT skills — experience with hotel PMS or reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is advantageous.
Flexibility to work varying shifts (including evenings/weekends) as required in a hotel setting.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
When you join the iNUA family at Radisson Blu Limerick, you’re signing up for more than a front desk role — you’re embarking on a career path. We provide:
Access to our structured Learning & Development programmes, including the Trainee Management Development Programme (leading to a fully funded BA in Hotel Management) — ideal for those who aspire to grow into supervisory or management roles.
A supportive and inclusive workplace that values team spirit, personal growth, and employee well-being.
Opportunities for internal mobility — many of our senior team members started in entry-level roles and advanced through our development programmes.
Employee benefits that support work-life balance and staff welfare (details discussed during the interview).
