Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Outlet Manager to join our hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Outlet Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise day-to-day operations, and lead a dedicated front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations across service periods (brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks) to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Motivate, train, and support front-of-house team members to deliver high-quality service standards.

• Supervise guest service by setting the tone for friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Manage reservations, guest queries, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Support revenue-driving initiatives and work with management to maximise outlet performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hospitality, or premium F&B environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams.

• A hands-on approach with outstanding organisational skills.

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
