The Viaduct Restaurant is part of The iNUA Collection, a leading Irish hospitality group known for its warm welcome, excellent food, and high standards of service. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team.

The Role:
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our busy kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring our chefs and service team can deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

• Washing, drying, and storing kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and cookware.

• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.

• Managing waste disposal and recycling.

• Supporting chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive team spirit.

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Availability to work full-time or part-time hours.
