Head Kitchen Porter

The Radisson BLU Hotel & Spa, Cork, part of The iNUA Collection, is now recruiting for the role of Head Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant team.

Duties include:

• Utilises supervisory skills and motivation to maximise team productivity and satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
• Helps team to achieve optimum quality on time
• Washing dishes, pots, and pans
• Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces and equipment
• Managing waste disposal and recycling
• Restocking supplies
• Assisting chefs with prep work (washing vegetables etc.)
• Supporting chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

You are a great fit if you:

• Previous Experience in a similiar role
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
• Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Leadership skills and are a team player with a positive team spirit
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable
• Flexibility for various shift patterns (which may be outside of public transport hours)
