Were always looking for new ways to raise the bar so were searching for a Business Development Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting spaces and F&B offering.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Responsible for driving and managing daily sales activities from Corporate room nights to Meetings and Events.
- Building and growing long-term business relationships with key clients.
- Actively getting out to meet clients and bringing business into the hotel.
- Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance.
- Representing voco — the fastest growing premium hotel brand in the world & The INUA Hotel Collection an ambitious Irish hospitality group at local and external events.
- Working with autonomy, support, and leadership that values pace, ownership, and results
This is a results-driven role with a strong base salary, clear incentive scheme and commission structure that rewards performance. If you deliver, you earn.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in sales, sales experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends.
- Strong ownership of your numbers and meet clear targets.
- Confidence in relationship led selling.
- An incredible communicator who works collaboratively with others.
- Access to a car to attend client meetings.
