In this role, you will:
- Design and lead a variety of engaging fitness classes, catering to different experience levels and interests.
- Build rapport with guests, assess their fitness goals, and provide personalised guidance.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the fitness center, promoting healthy habits.
- Maintain a clean and well-equipped fitness area.
- Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and implement new programs.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- Hold a recognised fitness instructor certification.
- Hold a life guard Certification
- Have experience leading group fitness classes.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are enthusiastic, patient, and able to motivate individuals.
- Are a team player with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Availability to work accross weekdays/weekends
