Are you a people-focused hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment? The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick is inviting applications for a Front Office Manager (Maternity Leave Cover) to join our award-winning team. This role offers the chance to step into a leadership position within one of the region’s most dynamic hotels—while opening doors to future opportunities across our growing hotel collection.

Why Join Us?

You’ll also benefit from structured development through our Learning & Development programmes, leadership training, and cross-hotel exposure.

About the Role

As Front Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the guest experience—leading our front office team and ensuring every arrival, departure, and interaction reflects our high hospitality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate, coach, and inspire will have a direct impact on the hotel’s success.

You will work closely with an experienced Management Team across Sales, Hotel Operations, Guest Experience, and People & Culture, giving you excellent exposure to broader hotel leadership functions.

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest journeys.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of warmth, excellence, and accountability.
  • Maintain an exceptional guest experience throughout the hotel, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the hotel to drive overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with hospitality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Utilise Opera and other systems to optimise efficiency, accuracy, and communication.
  • Support revenue and sales strategies with accurate forecasting, room management, and upselling initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a Front Office Management or supervisory role within a hotel environment.
  • A passion for guest service and leading teams with empathy and energy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Opera PMS (essential).
  • Understanding of revenue and sales practices within the Irish hospitality sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal partnerships.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

A relevant degree in hospitality or business is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A supportive, welcoming workplace recognised as a Great Place to Work.
  • Access to the iNUA Collection’s Learning & Development programmes, leadership workshops, and internal development pathways.
  • Career progression opportunities across our portfolio of hotels nationwide.
  • Exposure to a high-performing management team within a leading hospitality brand.
  • The opportunity for continued employment beyond the contract, depending on performance and availability of roles.
