About the Role

As Housekeeping Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional guest care. You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, immaculate environment across all guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards

• Oversee daily operations across rooms, public spaces, laundry, and stores

• Implement efficient scheduling, stock control, and cost management

• Monitor quality through regular inspections and performance reviews

• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to optimise guest satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

• Drive team engagement and foster a positive, supportive working environment

About You:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role in hotels

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
