Spa Receptionist

We are currently looking for a dedicated Spa Receptionist to be the friendly face and welcoming voice of our spa facility. As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide information about spa services, promotions, and packages.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
• Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
