Accommodation Supervisor

We are now looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms to the highest of standards.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment lists, housekeeping schedules, and linen requirements.
• Liaise with the Front Desk regarding room status, guest requests, and special needs.
• Conduct room inspections and address any discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage housekeeping team members, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to room status, housekeeping supplies, and guest requests.
• Uphold company policies regarding staff conduct, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in a hotel management system (e.g., OPERA) is a plus.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
