About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the success of our kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific station, ensuring the high quality and timely preparation of dishes within your area of expertise.

  • Lead a team of commis chefs, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to recipes and plating standards.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our seasonal menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within your station.
  • Participate in inventory control and ordering procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen atmosphere.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary industry.
