Role Overview

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the accommodation services and ensuring guests receive outstanding care throughout their stay. You will lead a team, coordinate operational activities, and work closely with other departments to deliver seamless service. This role demands excellent organisational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the accommodation team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain accommodation standards in line with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Train, support, and motivate accommodation staff to meet performance goals and uphold service standards.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to ensure all guest requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor inventory and supplies related to accommodation operations and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within accommodation areas.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on accommodation performance and guest feedback to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Travel & Tourism or Hospitality industry, preferably in accommodation management or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accommodation management systems and general IT skills.
• Customer service oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to accommodation services.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
