Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process reservations accurately via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodation, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with special requests and resolve any booking issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, promotions, and local travel information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Record customer interactions and transactions in the booking system accurately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reservation team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role within Travel & Tourism is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient with reservation or booking software and MS Office applications.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required.
