We are now seeking an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B team to the next level of excellence.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across the hotel, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will lead, mentor, and develop our F&B team while working collaboratively with the senior leadership team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting, and Conference F&B teams.
- Maintain exceptional levels of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Drive revenue and maximise profitability through effective planning, cost control, and upselling initiatives.
- Oversee staffing levels, rostering, recruitment, and ongoing training and development.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team on menu planning, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, licensing, and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting in line with company standards.
- Support the delivery of weddings, events, corporate functions, and special occasions to the highest standards.
A Day in the Life
You might start your day leading the team briefings, ensuring each outlet is prepared for service. Midday, you’re supporting lunch operations, meeting guests, and checking quality. In the afternoon, you may review forecasts, plan schedules, or walk through the banqueting suite ahead of an upcoming event. In the evening, you will be visible on the floor, supporting your supervisors, ensuring service flows seamlessly, and celebrating wins with your team.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience as an F&B Manager or strong Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse F&B teams in a busy 4-star hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of service standards across bar, restaurant, and banqueting operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, stock management, and labour planning.
- A passion for guest experience and service excellence.
Desirable
- Experience in weddings and large-scale events operations.
- Training & development experience, with a coaching-led leadership style.
- Relevant hospitality or management qualification.
