Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring efficient scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to the highest hygiene standards.
- Conduct staff training and development programs, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Create and maintain exceptional guest relationships, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor spa revenue and develop strategies to achieve targets.

- Proven track record of exceeding guest service expectations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices (an asset).
