• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques.
• Uphold consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional breakfast offerings.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.
