We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to support the leadership of our Conference & Banqueting operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, event-centric environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of weddings, private events, conferences, and corporate functions, working closely with the F&B management team and operational departments.
You’ll begin your day reviewing event briefs and ensuring the team is fully prepared for upcoming weddings, meetings, or banquets. Whether coordinating a corporate conference or overseeing a gala dinner, you’ll be hands-on in the operation—leading by example, empowering your team, and ensuring every detail is delivered to perfection.
