The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to take ownership of our F&B operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant, bar, and banqueting outlets.
About the Role
As F&B Duty Manager, you will take a hands-on lead across daily food and beverage operations, supporting the wider management team while driving service standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction. This is a role for someone who leads from the floor and takes real pride in the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of F&B outlets at the Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick, ensuring consistent delivery of brand and service standards across all areas
- Lead, coach, and develop the F&B team, providing clear direction, ongoing training, and performance feedback
- Act as a point of escalation for guest concerns, resolving issues swiftly and professionally
- Liaise closely with kitchen management to ensure seamless, timely service
- Support the planning and execution of F&B promotions, events, and new initiatives
- Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
- Uphold company policies, Radisson brand standards, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations at all times
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within hotel or restaurant F&B
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and guest-facing skills
- Calm under pressure with sharp organisational ability
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
