We are now seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Accommodation team and help deliver outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest bedrooms and public areas.
You will support the Accommodation Manager in leading the housekeeping team, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring rooms are prepared to the highest standard for guest arrivals. This role is ideal for someone with previous housekeeping or accommodation experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role within a busy hotel environment.
• Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
• Allocate rooms and tasks to the housekeeping team efficiently
• Conduct inspections of bedrooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the Accommodation Manager with scheduling and team coordination
• Assist in maintaining a positive and productive team environment
Your day will start with a team briefing, assigning rooms, and setting priorities for the day ahead. You’ll then oversee the preparation of guest rooms, ensuring every detail meets the hotel’s high standards.
Throughout the day, you’ll carry out room inspections, support team members on the floor, and coordinate with Reception to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests. You will also handle guest requests and ensure any issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation within a hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health & safety standards
• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Familiarity with hotel systems or housekeeping management tools
