As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role is ideal for a chef looking to grow and develop within a professional hotel kitchen.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate your designated section of the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Passion for food and high standards

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
