Ariel House, a beautifully restored Victorian guesthouse in Dublin 4, is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to “be the face of the house” and lead our front-of-house experience.

As Guest Relations Manager, you will play a central, hands-on role in shaping each guest’s stay. You’ll oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of Ariel House, delivering a personalised guest experience
- Lead the front-of-house team with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee daily operations including arrivals, departures & guest queries
- Respond to feedback and handle issues with empathy and confidence
- Maintain excellent standards in service, presentation, and communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
- Drive a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail
👤 About You
- Experience in a front office, guest relations or supervisory hospitality role
- A natural people person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused and calm under pressure
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
- Experience in a boutique hotel or guesthouse is a strong advantage
