A luxury castle property is opening in the heart of the Irish Midlands. As this landmark property prepares to welcome guests, we are building a team of Castle Hosts — warm, polished hospitality professionals who will bring the castle to life across every guest touchpoint.

The Role

The Castle Host is at the heart of the guest experience. This is not a conventional hospitality role, it is an invitation to become part of something truly distinctive.

Castle Hosts are placed across the property's key departments depending on their background and strengths:

• Castle Host – Server | Food & Beverage
• Castle Host – Bartender | Food & Beverage
• Castle Host – Front of House | Reception & Guest Services
• Castle Host – Housekeeping | Rooms & Accommodation
• Castle Host – Night Porter | Overnight Guest Services

Regardless of specialism, every Castle Host shares the same commitment: to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed, looked after, and at home in extraordinary surroundings.

We are hiring for both full time and part time positions across all departments — if you have the right attitude and experience, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience across all departments — but you do need a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect with guests.

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in a hospitality environment — hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar
• Present themselves with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Take pride in the detail — in how they communicate, how they present, and how they make people feel
• Are team players who understand that great guest experiences are a collective effort
• Thrive in a setting where standards are high and no two days are the same

Experience in a luxury, country house, or fine dining environment is an advantage, though not essential. What matters most is attitude, care, and a desire to be part of something exceptional.

Night Porter applicants should be comfortable working independently in an overnight setting and confident managing guest needs with discretion and calm during quieter hours.
