The Role
The Chef de Partie will be a cornerstone of the kitchen brigade — a skilled, dependable professional who owns their section, delivers with consistency, and contributes to a kitchen culture where standards are high and craft is valued.
This is not a conventional kitchen role. The culinary offering here is integral to the overall guest experience, and every plate that leaves this kitchen matters. The Chef de Partie will understand that and take pride in it.
You will be responsible for:
- Running your section with confidence, precision, and consistency throughout service
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards across the kitchen
- Contributing to mise en place, prep, and the smooth running of the daily operation
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Being a reliable, positive presence in the brigade
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong technique and the ability to perform consistently under pressure
- Experience in a luxury, fine dining, or country house kitchen is a distinct advantage
- A team player with a professional attitude and a genuine love of food
- Someone ready to commit to a high standard and grow within a quality environment
