We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused F&B Supervisor to support our busy Food & Beverage operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering memorable guest service, and working in a dynamic environment. With exposure across Restaurant, Bar, and Conference & Banqueting operations, this role is ideal for someone looking to progress toward F&B Manager, Deputy General Manager, or General Manager roles in the future.
• Lead, motivate, and support F&B team members across all outlets
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with brand standards
• Oversee daily operations in Restaurant, Bar, and Banqueting
• Support the coordination of conferences, weddings, and events
• Ensure smooth shift operations, including staff briefing and delegation
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, presentation, and service quality
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Train and mentor new team members to enhance skills and engagement
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly
• Work closely with the F&B Manager to deliver commercial and service goals
Every day brings variety—whether you're overseeing breakfast service, supporting a busy lunch in our restaurant, coordinating with the Events team for a large banquet, or helping guests celebrate their special moments. You’ll lead from the front, setting the tone for warm hospitality, efficient service, and a memorable guest experience. No two days are ever the same, which makes this an exciting and rewarding position.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in a hotel or high-volume operation
• Experience in restaurant operations, bar service, banqueting, or conferences
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
• Experience supervising or leading small teams
• Knowledge of hotel systems or POS systems
• Training experience or mentoring junior team members
• A desire to progress into senior operational management
