We are seeking a warm, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our established spa team. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced therapist looking for your next step, we welcome applications from all levels. In this role, you will deliver a wide range of spa treatments, support the daily operation of the spa, and ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, memorable, and personalised experience.
• Deliver high-quality spa treatments including massage, facials, body treatments, and beauty services
• Provide exceptional guest care, ensuring a relaxing and professional environment
• Maintain treatment rooms to the highest hygiene and presentation standards
• Recommend treatments and products tailored to each guest’s needs
• Support the Spa Manager with day-to-day spa operations
• Work collaboratively with the spa and leisure team to ensure seamless service
• Uphold brand and service standards in line with Radisson Blu and The iNUA Hotel Collection
• Assist in promoting spa services, upselling treatments, and enhancing the guest journey
Your day may begin with preparing your treatment rooms, reviewing bookings, and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism. You’ll deliver personalised treatments, provide expert recommendations, and ensure each guest leaves feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Between appointments, you’ll support your colleagues, maintain spa standards, and contribute to the calm, inviting atmosphere that makes our spa a favourite for locals and visitors alike.
• A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy
• Strong interest in wellness, skincare, and guest care
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional manner
• Ability to create a calming, positive experience for guests
• Passion for the hospitality and spa industry
• Experience in spa or beauty therapy (all levels welcome—junior and senior)
• Knowledge of luxury skincare brands and spa products
• Experience with spa booking systems or hotel PMS
• A desire to grow into senior therapy or spa management roles
