About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Culinary Team. You will work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes across our restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events operations.

This role is ideal for a chef looking to take the next step in their culinary career within a supportive and fast-paced environment, with strong opportunities to progress to Sous Chef and eventually Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Radisson Blu brand standards
• Work across different kitchen sections as required, ensuring consistency and quality
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily operations
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and ensure HACCP compliance
• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce food waste
• Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently during busy service periods
• Train and support Commis Chefs and junior team members
• Collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

A Day in the Life

Your day starts by preparing your section, ensuring ingredients, equipment, and mise en place are ready for service. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, maintain high standards, and respond quickly to orders from the restaurant or banqueting kitchen. You may assist with menu specials, food tastings, or event preparation. Every shift offers the chance to showcase your creativity, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of a busy, respected hotel kitchen.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

• Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience
• Experience in hotel kitchens, banqueting, or high-volume food operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for food, creativity, and consistent quality
• Team-focused, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent results

Desirable:

• Formal culinary qualification
• Experience with menu development or specialised sections
• Ambition to progress to Sous Chef or Head Chef roles
• Experience in 4-star or branded hotel environments
