Wedding Coordinator

Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now lookoing for a talented and organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for couples planning their wedding at our stunning hotel.
  • Oversee all aspects of wedding planning and execution, from initial consultations to the big day itself.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our couples.
  • Develop creative and personalised wedding proposals that reflect each couple's unique vision.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and attention to detail on the wedding day.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with couples, vendors, and hotel team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and memorable events.
  • A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
