We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our busy F&B outlets, including restaurant service, bar operations, banqueting, and hotel events. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their management career.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting service standards, coaching teams, and driving the smooth running of all F&B operations.
• Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets
• Lead, motivate, and support F&B teams across bar, restaurant, and banqueting
• Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction at all times
• Manage daily operations, staffing levels, and floor supervision
• Support training, performance management, and team development
• Assist with rota planning, stock control, and cash management
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and brand standards
• Work closely with the Kitchen, Events, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to operational improvements and new F&B initiatives
• Uphold the hotel’s service culture and enhance guest experience across all touchpoints
• Previous experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role
• Strong team leadership and people-management skills
• Experience in high-volume or hotel Food & Beverage operations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Ability to support and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in 4-star hotel operations or within a branded hotel group
• Knowledge of banqueting, conferences, and event service
• Strong financial awareness, cost control, and stock management skills
