Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:
In this hands-on role, your focus will be on supporting key Human Resources initiatives across the hotel:
- HR Operations & Administration: Support hotel leadership in delivering the People Strategy day to day, ensuring compliance with Irish Employment Law and HR Best Practices.
- Talent Development & Training: Assist in developing and rolling out Training and Development programs to empower our team and enhance their skillsets.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Support the Recruitment process for the hotel, helping to attract and hire top hospitality talent who embody the iNUA spirit.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Help drive our engagement strategy, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and thriving work environment where colleagues feel valued and supported.
This role is vital for maintaining our reputation as an Employer of Choice in the Tullamore hospitality market.
What We're Looking For:
You are an ideal fit if you have a genuine interest in building a career in People & Culture or HR.
- At least 1-2 years experience in a People & Culture, HR, or hospitality operations role.
- A relevant qualification (Bachelor's Degree) in Human Resources Management, Business, or equivalent, or actively working towards one.
- A passionate, organised self-starter with a genuine interest in people and hospitality.
- An interest in developing practical knowledge of Irish Employment Law, employee relations, and HR management systems.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced Hotel environment and excels at building strong, positive relationships.
